Pancakes!

I was told that the Waterville Firman's Pancake breakfast is coming up soon, so I'm getting ready. This morning I ate 2 whole pancakes myself - YUM!

The Playground

We went to the Playground this morning to check out all their cool toys with Zoe and Holden. They had a lot of big tents that Aiden could jump in,

climb up,

and slide down!

He also enjoyed the bubbles coming down from the sky!

I had a lot of fun, too!

This was Aiden's favorite part - no parents on equipment!

He also enjoyed climbing up high.

I commandeered some territory to play in as well.

Although, I stayed a little closer to the ground!

Peas

Look at me eating peas. They were so yummy that I decided to stick one up my nose, yesterday. Mommy tried, then the pediatrician tried, and then we went to an ENT who tried to get it out.


This morning I had to wait in the waiting room some more before having surgery to remove the pea.

Surgery went so well, that the only owwie I have is this bracelet thing they put around my ankle.

Now I know, no peas in my nose. It's not a good thing. Now, Mommy is just waiting to see who needs to have surgery next month!

Hansome

Look at how hansome we are! We are both getting very big.

Bananas

Mommy is right - I'm a little monkey because I love bananas. Yum!

Too Big

I had my 9 month well check exam yesterday. Here are my stats, weight 19 lbs 12 oz (38th percentile), length 29 in (76th percentile), head circumference 18 in (63rd percentile). I'm a long skinny boy and I am now too big for my infant car seat!

Aiden didn't want to miss out on getting his photo taken as well. I think he is also a little too big for my infant car seat!

Snow!

Look at me peering out from our 6 foot high snow drift!

Snow soccer is a lot of fun. Oh..and do you see the poor Japanese Maple tree...I mean the tips of the branches...poor tree. We are officially at the 5th snowiest winter on record and it's still snowing - YEA!!!

After awhile, I realized that Mom was actually paying attention to me, so I decided to make a snow ball and throw it at her.

Look at this awesome snow plow coming down our street. It was WAY cool!

Here I am playing king of the mountain.

Perhaps the mountain of snow won this round.....

Snoozers

I was getting tired, so I grabbed a pillow off the couch and pulled up the rug. Parker thought he should join me.

Carrots

I don't know what Mommy and Daddy were thinking when they gave me cooked carrots. They were fun to mash, but that's about all they are good for!

9 months old

Look at me - I'm 9 months old today!

Playing Together

Aiden got the measuring cups out this morning for us to play with. They are fun to hit on the floor.

I'm getting so big. I am now big enough to start picking out my own photos for the blog, it won't be long before I rule the world!

Dentist

I went to the doctor for my teeth this morning. I really like going there and the dentist says I do better than most kids my age! I liked checking out this dragon's teeth....he sure has a lot of them!

Mommy's Helper

I love helping unload the dishwasher!

Super Bowl

What? Iowa State isn't playing at the super bowl? Oh well, time for some football!
