Monopoly

Aiden has become quite the gamer lately.  This morning, he got all of his chores done quickly so we can play Lord of the Rings Monopoly!  We love this version as there is a set end to the game.  It ends when the Ring goes to Mount Doom (Boardwalk)!

Soccer Pyramid

Last soccer game of the season - that means it's time to perfect our team soccer pyramid!  Aiden has learned to put your hands over your head, just in case!  It's tough being on the bottom.

Geology Rocks!

Aiden invited 4 friends over for his birthday party.  We started with pizza!

 

We went outside and excavated rocks.  They had to find the polished rocks in the sand and not the unpolished rocks.

 

Brandon took the kids down on the patio and had them break open geodes!

We had a pinata - filled with pop rocks and rock candy, of course!

After going inside and having our dirt cake, we made pet rocks!

I think we rocked this birthday party!  Happy 7th birthday, Aiden!

Trains

We went to The Learning Post today to pick up a few things for Aiden's birthday party.  I LOVE this place.  It has a train table and area just for me to play while Mommy shops!  Nothing will stop me from playing with the trains - not even that the table is WAY to wide for me!

Back Pack Buddies

While walking home from school today with Isaiah, we decided to put our back packs on backwards and 'bump' into each other!

We have so much fun walking to and from school together!

Sick Day

Parker is home with a fever today, but he was excited to take Emery to preschool to see his old stomping grounds.

Birthday Party

We carved pumpkins with GG and our cousins.

 

We played a great game of dodge ball where everyone won!  

Aiden blew out his candles.

We ended the day with lighting up our pumpkins!  We sure wish we lived closer to our cousins.
