Walker Johnston Park Play Date

The boys are all ready to play.

We had a full house once Zoe and Logan showed up!

All the kids were brave enough to cross the rope bridge.

Everyone ended up on this...even though some of us were a little more reluctant...

Emery has no fear.  He can tackle almost anything at the park with very little help.

The kids liked me showing them how the x-wave works.

Emery and Logan had a great time playing together.

The last thing the big kids wanted to do was play some more on the x-wave.

High Trestle Bridge

We decided to go for a walk and check out the High Trestle Bridge near Madrid.  It was a hard mile walk for the boys.

Afterwards, we decided to drive into Woodward and we ended up finding a park to play at.  Mom and Dad both went down the slide!

Parker slept through the entire park.  He was tired!

After dinner in Perry, we decided to stop at Picket Fence Creamery.  This time Emery was out cold!

There was a calf near the store that we were able to pet.  We were very worried because the calf had no water, but the farmers told us that the calf is so young, that it drinks from a bottle.  We thought that was very silly!  What a great family day!

Soccer - Game Night #3

Warming up with Grandma Jo.

Emery is ready for a good game!

Emery had to sit on the sidelines with his brothers.

It was a great game with a lot of great moves by the Leiran boys.

Here's team Crew.  What a great season.

While Zoe wasn't on our team, it was great to see her every night.  I hope we get to play more sports with her in the future!

Of course, we had to go for some ice cream after the last night of soccer.

Grandma Jo let us sleep in the basement tonight!  What a great day.

Coordinating

Mommy told me that I didn't match this morning, but I told her that I did.  I'm wearing an ISU shirt and green shorts for the Packers.  Obviously, I'm ready for some football to be starting!

Soccer - Game night #2

Who's ready for soccer?  Parker is!

It's hot outside, so there is only one place Emery wants to be.

Crew having a great time warming up.

This is what Emery thinks of hot nights outside.  I guess it's time to get back into the air conditioning!

Jenga

Sweet Corn and Lost Tooth

Enjoying sweet corn for lunch.

Aiden enjoyed it more than the rest of us as he lost and ate his second tooth.  We are hoping that with the third we will actually have something to give the tooth fairy!

Soccer - Game Night #1

The whole family warming up for soccer tonight.

What a great night for soccer.  The boys both did VERY well at playing.  They are really starting to get the hang of sports.

To finish off the night, the kids all rolled down the hill with Zoe and Logan.

I only like to sleep sideways in bed.  This is how Mom always catches me sleeping!

Family Walks

We like to take a lot of family walks, but sometimes we don't walk the whole way!

Reiman Gardens Play Date

We were the first ones to meet up with the Hutchinson's this morning at Reiman Gardens.  We looked for frogs,

splashed in water,

and climbed trees.

The garden workers pointed out a little gnome behind the gnome sign that we never knew was there.

Parker is quite the photographer.

We also had a great time climbing on the rocks all around the gnome.

This wasn't even all of us.  We had a lot of little ones who had a great time playing together in the gardens.

Parker was proud of climbing all over this rock wall.

Emery enjoys smelling flowers.

Aiden collected pinecones.

Parker rolling down the hill by the children's garden.

We ended trying to take a ride in a hot air balloon, but we didn't get very far.  What a great morning in Ames
