Hard at Work

Grandpa and Grandma came down this weekend to help us get my brothers room ready. They made me work just as hard as they did!

I helped Grandma paint.


I helped Grandpa cut pieces of wood for the shelves.


We had a little time to play. Grandpa took me for a couple of walks today. I just loved being out in the snow on such a warm day.


When we were done going for a walk, I wanted to go for a drive. Too bad, I just can't quite reach the door handles yet!


With such a long day, I am exhausted. Goodnight!

Vet appointment

We just got back from taking Bandit to the vet. He didn't seem to like the car ride, the vet, or his cage. I really liked the car ride and the vet, so I thought I'd check out his cage. It even had toys in it....how come he didn't like it?

Chairs

So this week I have mastered climbing up onto the dining room chairs. I have even figured out how to move them to where ever I want them, and then climb up on them. It's working out pretty well for me so far.

This morning I was trying to help mom with the sewing machine.


Tonight, I was trying to surf the web - left handed, just like Daddy!


Oh no....I've been caught! Can I please stay a little longer to look up a few more web pages?

Happy Birthday

Happy 30th Birthday, Daddy! For Daddy's birthday, I went to the doctor for my 15 month well check exam. The doctor said I was the only healthy kid she had see for the day - even all the well check babies had been sick. I weighed in at 23 lbs 13 oz (50th percentile), 31.5 inches long (60th percentile), and my head was 19 inches (75th percentile). I am a happy growing boy!

Bath Blizzard

One of the presents I got that really like, was a bath blizzard. I wasn't so sure about jumping in a tub full of bubbles. I have never seen anything like that before. Since I was afraid to get in, Daddy said he'd help me out. (He was just super excited about all the bubbles!) He jumped in and then played with me in the bubbles. Once I found that I could get rid of the bubbles by splashing a lot, everything was great. Here are a few photos of our playtime.

Broadston Christmas

Once again, I had a lot of fun opening presents.


Mommy and Daddy even got a cool thing for me to crawl on.


We also had to celebrate a couple of birthdays. I turned 15 months old yesterday, Daddy's birthday is Tuesday, Grandma's birthday is Thursday, and Aunt Emily's birthday is coming up in early February. I really like chocolate cake and mint chocolate chip ice cream.


Although I had a lot of fun, I also got very worn out. Daddy snapped this photo in the car on the way home.


I can't wait to do it all again!

Fegley Christmas

We celebrated Christmas with the Fegley's today. It was a lot of fun. I got some really cool gifts.


I really liked opening presents, so much that I helped other people open presents as well!


I also had a great time playing with my cousins and aunts and uncles.

A whole lot of fun!

We had a lot of people over to celebrate January birthdays and anniversaries. It was a lot of fun. Here is Joe showing off my shirt that Kate and him got me. I don't know why it says, "My mommy is blogging this", because everybody knows that I am doing all of the blogging by myself!


Jonna wanted to play foosball, but Daddy is just too good, so they made me his handicap. Daddy was excited because the guys still won!

Daddy also played a couple of rounds of DDR with me. I think I won.

After everyone left for home, Joe read me a couple of bedtime stories. I sure had a lot of fun.

Pajama Day

Well, you can't tell from this picture, but I've been teething away for awhile now. The two weeks Daddy was on Christmas vacation, 3 teeth popped through. This morning I woke up early with some teething pain - nothing a little pain medicine couldn't fix. My gums are so swollen, I should be getting another 3 teeth in any time now. Mommy decided since I had a rough night, that today could be a PJ day. I love these fire truck pajamas!

Helping out

Mommy and Daddy are doing house work, so I thought I should help out. I really liked helping Daddy with the screwdriver. That was SOOOOO much fun! I also watched Mommy vacuum the house, so I decided to help vacuum the furniture.

Snow Day!

Mommy has been telling me that we could go out to play in the snow when we had enough snow, it wasn't too cold, and Daddy was home. Finally, the day has come! I really enjoyed walking on our neighbors sidewalk that had just a dusting of snow on it. I waddled back and forth between Mommy and Daddy and made lots of sound effects! I didn't want to go inside.
