Æbleskiver

This morning we had Æbleskiver's the Norwegian way to send the Fegley's off for their family vacation on the right foot. Daddy did a great job and they tasted great!

Match

Play Time

Dr. Aiden here to check out Gail's ears...yep...there are potatoes growing in there!

Parker spent a lot of time checking out the landing.

Zoe and I played very well together for the first time. Zoe helped get the dinos out and I lined them up.

We both decided that the dinos needed a little bling to match all the necklaces and bracelets that we were wearing!

Garden

Our garden consists of 2 yellow tomato plants. Today, we picked out first 2 tomatoes! Yummy! Thanks Great Grandma Fegley for giving us these plants!

Big BIG Boy Bed

Look what just arrived! It's my new big BIG boy bed!


Parker helped me test it out close to bed time.

Sound asleep in my new bed. I am such a big boy, but I still have a lot of growing to do!

Puzzles

I got these two 24 piece puzzles yesterday, but they seem to easy for me. I decided to take them both apart and put them together at the same time. I sure do LOVE puzzles!

Grilled Corn

Yum! Daddy made grilled corn on the cob for lunch!

Pillow Case

Grandma Jo made me some new pillow cases for my big BIG boy bed that is coming this week. I seem to fit right inside the pillow cases as well!

Reading

We had a little quiet time this morning, so we both sat down and read some books!

Long Day

It was such a long day, that I ended up taking a nap on Daddy.

Parker did pretty well as long as he had plenty of people to play with him!

Funeral

Today, we remember Great Uncle Dave. You were a great man and you will be missed.

Karaoke

I found some time this morning to serenade Great Uncle Bert this morning!

Family Time

We drove up to Grandma Jo's house today and spent a lot of time with family. This is my outline drawing of Uncle Mike!

We ate a lot of good food, mostly blue berries...

you can tell by the size of my belly!

Aunt Emily refereed our bath time!

HOT

It's so hot outside, that instead of playing on the playground equipment , I am over in the shade talking with a couple of the Chervenka's. I can't believe that Daddy is playing in a volleyball tournament!

Mowing

While Mommy is outside working hard on mowing the lawn, we enjoy a little down time.

Hungry

I finished all of my food and got all cleaned up. Then, when Mommy took Aiden up to time-out for not eating his food, I hopped up to the table and ate all of his food too! I also wanted some goldfish. I must be growing like a weed!

Dinner

Meat spaghetti??? Alright, I'll eat it!

Sleep

I had a rough night last night and this is how Mommy found me in my crib this morning.

Dance Dance Dance

Splash Park

We hit the Ankeny splash park this morning for playgroup. What fun! I ran around and played all over the whole park. It was so exciting!


Parker was a little more shy. He spent a lot of time watching everyone else run around. He also enjoyed Mommy dipping him under water. I can't wait to go back and play again!

Plum

Mommy turned her back on me for a minute only to find me in my favorite spot eating my current favorite food. Yum!

Hot

I found a great solution to my belly being hot!

A Walk in the Park

Zoe was nice enough to invite us to her library for story time today. Then, we went for a walk and enjoyed the scenery.

Parker was so tired from our walk that Mommy rubbed his belly a little on the couch and he fell asleep. I wanted to be a great big brother, so I rubbed his belly for awhile to help him relax.

Painting

For some reason, Mommy wasn't too happy to see how I thought the bathroom should be painted.

Summer Reading Program

I spent some of my summer reading program bucks today and bought some Play-Dough. Mommy taught me how to make all sizes of worms!

Ice Cream Cone

Daddy told me to close my eyes because he had a surprise for us.

When I opened them, Daddy was handing me an ice cream cone!

This is as close as Parker got to his ice cream cone.

I, on the other hand, devoured mine! Yum! I hope we do this more often!
