Box

A toy arrived in the mail for me today. It is so much fun to play with!

Shades

I'm starting to wear shades every once in a while. Aren't I cool?

Garbage Truck

I love watching the garbage truck go down our street!

Park

Grandma Jo and Aunt Lori took me to Lori's school to play at the park. I enjoyed my ride to the park in the little red wagon!

Lori rode the dinosaur with me,

and climbed the jungle gym.

That was sure fun going down the fireman's pole. Lori, it's your turn. I'll catch you!

Happy Birthday, Great Grandma!

Great Grandma turned 89 yesterday, so we had a party today. Grandma Jo let me eat homemade ice cream right out of the ice cream maker! We had a great time celebrating Great Grandma's birthday. I hope she had a GREAT day!

Mmmm....birthday cupcakes!

Aunt Lori had St. Louis Cardinal tattoos so we could "match"!

Of course, I had to try on the wooden shoes again!

I also showed Lori my mad piano and singing skills!

Cupcake

Allison made cupcakes at our house last night, but they weren't ready before I had to go to sleep. They sure taste great this morning!

Breakfast

Mommy was looking for the tablespoon measuring cup, but she couldn't find it to make her oatmeal. I don't know why she couldn't find it.

Does it show how much I love blueberries in my oatmeal?

Outside

We had a chance to stop and smell the flowers today.

We colored the driveway with lots of pictures.

We tried to blow bubbles, but

we had more fun chasing the ones that Mom blew!

Playgroup

Playgroup this morning was at our house. We played a lot and even got some coloring time in.

Of course, everyone wanted to see Bandit!

I'm almost tall enough to open the door, it won't be long!

Play Time

We played at Peyton's house this morning. We had a lot of fun.

Even Zoe and Parker played together a little bit!

Dutch Letters

Yesterday, I helped Mommy make the dough for dutch letters. Today, she said that I couldn't help her too much, but that I could make my own with play dough. It was so much fun making "worms" just like Mommy!

15 month check up

I loved playing with this handsome fellow at my 15 month well check exam! I weighed in at 25 lbs 13 oz (68th percentile), length 32 3/4 inches (91st percentile), and my head measured in at 19 inches (80th percentile). I'm so long and skinny that it's getting harder for Mom to find clothes that fit me just right. The doctor said that I'm growing very well and I'll be speaking a whole bunch pretty soon!

Eye Doctor

I'm checking out the seat at the eye doctor's office while I'm waiting for my first appointment.

I'm suppose to look for the shapes up at this mirror, but...

it's a lot easier to see the shapes if you turn around and look at this mirror!

I had a great time at the appointment for the most part. I really liked telling them what shapes I could see. I sure made the doctor laugh when she showed me a picture of a hand and I told her it was a picture of bones! I didn't like the drops they put in my eyes. I was a little disappointment when they told me that my eyes look great and that I don't need any glasses.

Dentist

Aiden got up into this funny purple chair and watched a movie with headphones. He laid very quietly the entire time he was in the chair.

I played very nicely with the toys.

When Aiden was done, it was my turn. I cried a lot more than he did, but I made it through my first dentist appointment with flying colors!

Park

Daddy came home early today so we could hit the splash park, however, when we got there, it was already closed. We stopped at an ice cream shop and then went to a park instead. It was so much fun.

Parker wasn't so sure when other kids showed up at the playground.

However, he had a great time swinging with Daddy. We should do this every day!

Iowa State Fair

I looked at the map of the Iowa State Fair the entire drive there. I made sure I found all of the places I wanted to go to.

Parker really liked studying the fruit on the Little Hands on the Farm.

My favorite part was driving a John Deere tractor!

After lunch, Daddy and I hit the big slide while Parker was napping. All I could say at the bottom was, "Daddy, let's do it again!"

It's kind-of hard to understand me in this video, but here's the conversation:
Daddy: "What did you say going down the slide?"
Me: "When we went down, Aiden said, "Wohoo.....Wohoo...Wohoo.....Wohoo..."

After the slide, we hit up the petting zoo. This goat wanted LOTS of attention!

I also had a great time on my first ever pony ride. I can't wait to go back to the fair!

Daddy's Home!

We are so happy to see Daddy home.

I had to take Daddy upstairs and show him the decals we added in Parker's room and of course his new bedroom. He was shocked that we were able to get so much done in such a short time!

Playgroup

We had a playgroup this morning with Zoe, Parker, and Dalton. As you can see, I was a little tired and needed to take a little break on the air mattress.

Girl's Night In?

Since Daddy and Hutch were out of town during Girl's Night Out, they decided to have Girl's Night In (plus a few boys...)

We had a lot of fun looking at and playing with Bandit under Mommy's bed.

We had homemade ice cream for desert and it was a hit! YUM!

Bubbles

We found out today that Parker loves popping bubbles as much as I do!
