Cub Scout Day

Parker's den spent the day at the boy scout camp.  They got quite a bit of time to play Gaga ball.  Parker was a natural at it!

Parker played a little soccer with his friends.

They even got some some scout requirements done.  Here is Parker's group practicing a skit.

Walker Johnston Park

The weather was perfect tonight to hit a park after dinner!

This park has a story written around a pond if you stop and read each one.  The boys really enjoyed taking turns reading in their "scary" voices for this Halloween book.

Halloween Party

 

Emery's class had a very fun Halloween party.  Emery was dressed up as a Ninja Turtle, but got too hot and wanted it off, so now he's tie dye boy!

School

 

A couple of pictures from Parker's teacher.  His class was in the top 3 for raising money for PTO and earned an ice cream party!

Team Playday

 

 

Daddy learned about a charity event to help the Children's Miracle Network, just by playing a full day of games.  That seemed right up our alley, and the day is finally here for us to participate in Extra Life!  We invited lots of friends to come play games at our house.

 

 

We even played the Oregon Trail...2 of us died of Dysentary and 2 of us died from a snake bite!

However, Daddy seems to be pretty pleased that at least he made it all of the way to Oregon, even if his family didn't!

In case you are wondering, here is the list of games that we played.  we started around 9AM and made it past midnight!  Thanks to every one who joined us or donated to us.  We had so much fun and raised some money for charity.  Certainly it was a win-win day!

Urgent Care 2

 

Somehow, this kid split his knee open with the handheld vacuum while vacuuming the stairs this morning, so, off to Urgent Care we went.

Finally got into a room and got it all cleaned up.

The doctor glued him all up and told him not to do any squats for a couple of  days.  He lasted a couple of minutes.

Library Fun

 

 

The Quandt's were at the library with us after school today.  We had a ton of fun playing around...who says that libraries are quiet places?

Birthday Lunch

 

Lunch with the birthday boy can only mean one thing....recess with the birthday boy as well!

Swimming Birthday Party

This year for Aiden's birthday, we decided to rent the pool out and invite lots of families to come swimming with us!  It was so much fun and everyone wants to do it again!

 

  

 

Afterwards, we headed home and let Aiden open his presents.

This year he had an ice cream cake, yum!
