Happy Memorial Day

We decided the best way to spend Memorial Day, was going to a park and running around all morning!  What fun!

We spent a lot of time on the swings asking Daddy to push us higher!

This rock is really big, but I wasn't too afraid to sit on it for a minute or two.

I enjoyed trying to walk on the wood path.

I also wanted to show off my mad sliding skills!

Reiman Gardens

We met up with the Hutchinson's this morning and went to Reiman Gardens.  We sure loved the butterflies, especially when they landed on us!

Aiden saw a frog in the pond and really wanted to see him jump, but the water was a little cold that day for a swim.

This year's exhibit are several LARGE bugs!  We all enjoyed checking them out!

After a morning of running and chasing, Hickory Park was exactly what we all needed.  I sure hope we get to do this again soon!

Relaxing Morning

Both of us got up at 6AM this morning, and are VERY tired. Mommy is letting us just watch some Seasame Street and relax just to make sure that we aren't fighting over toys!

So Tired

I didn't sleep well last night and I got up at 5:50 this morning. I'm tired!

Birthday Party

Mom also made me my very own chocolate cupcake! 

I had lots of help opening presents. Thanks for all the cool stuff everyone.

We both had a great time playing with Holden.  We can't wait until he is a little bit bigger and can run around with us!

I also had a great time running around and playing outside with everyone. Thanks to all who were able to come celebrate with me. I love being 2!

Happy Birthday, Parker!

Did someone say it is my birthday? Since we are in Pella today, Mom decided that the best birthday dessert would be a cookie from the Pella bakery! Look, it's Cookie Monster!

Hmmm....where do I start eating this thing?

Oh, I know! The frosting!

It was messy, but so yummy! I think I could handle Pella bakery desserts every year for my birthday.

Peter's Graduation

 oh, and Mommy also brought her iPod and her DS along for us to play with.  That kept us entertained while people just kept talking and talking....

Baby #3 Ultrasound

 Well, Mommy couldn't decipher this ultra picture, but they say I'm a boy!  Aiden and Parker were thrilled to finally see some pictures of me and really believe that there is a baby in Mommy's belly now.  They are very excited to be having another brother to rough house with!

Park

Papa and G-G treated us to some ice cream for dessert tonight and we took it to the park.

It was a little messy, but it was sure worth it!

Of course we got a lot of play time in as well!

Fireman's Breakfast

This morning we had pancakes for breakfast at the fire station. They had clowns making balloon animals, and they made us swords to fight with. They didn't last very long!

After breakfast, we got to check out a bunch of their fire trucks. What a great morning!

May Birthdays

We celebrated a few of the Leiran family May birthdays tonight.

We lit the candles a few times so that Aiden could blow out the candles too!

All Work

Papa and G-G showed up and put is straight to work!

Don't worry, we had a little bit of time to fly our kite also!

Waiting

I refused to take a nap today because Papa and G-G were coming to visit today. I put on a long sleeve shirt and pants so that I would be ready to go play outside as soon as they showed up and then I sat at the window and watched for them to pull up. Perhaps I was a little tired after all!

Sugar

Mommy turned her back for a minute, so we grabbed the sugar container off the counter and started playing.

Fire Truck Bath

Today, we got our hair cut and then decided to have a fire truck bath time!
