All loaded up to drive around to our different Aunt and Uncles houses to show off our costumes!  Thanks for letting us come trick or treating a day late!

The Longest Trip EVER

Look at us read books while Mommy is folding laundry and packing up to go to Papa and GG's house.  We can't wait to Trick-or-Treat there!

 
First stop, lunch at Hickory Park.

By the time we hit Cedar Falls, I had been crying for a good hour because my ears hurt.  We made a stop at Urgent care followed by trick or treating and dinner while we waited for perscriptions at Hy-Vee.  I trick-or-treated while riding in the shopping cart.

We finally made it to Papa and GG's house after everyone else had gone to bed.  We'll have to show off our costumes tomorrow.  For now, it's time for bed.

Jack-o-lantern

We worked together to carve one really awesome pumpkin this year.  Parker did a great job of pulling out seeds.

Emery wasn't so sure, even with Daddy showing him how.

Then Daddy tried to get the boys to eat the pumpkin insides and Mommy ended up getting the rest of the guts out of the pumpkin.

I am so happy with how our family photos turned out this year.  I don't know how I'm going to pick what to print!

Night Lights

Brandon put Emery down for bed tonight.  When I left Aiden and Parker's room this is what I saw.

This is what you see when you turn the lights on.  Brandon accidentally left the Nexus and a mostly empty glass of wine in his room.  I'm glad he picked the Nexus!

Lunch Date

We were out running errands and asked Daddy if he wanted to join us for lunch.  It was a great way to break up the day.  We love Wednesdays!

Full Day

Daddy took us to the library and to this beach (a park) to play while Grandma Jo and mom worked on making these....

 

Superhero capes.  We love them!  Mommy still needs to add the superhero logos to the outside, but we don't mind wearing them anyway!

We finished off the day with a great reason to go to Hickory Park, my birthday dinner!  Thanks for everything, Grandma Jo!

Sick Day

Another sick day for us, means lots of crafting in our pj's and underwear.  It's a boy thing.

Happy Birthday, Aiden

While we were inside picking out our Scratch cupcakes for my birthday, Emery was busy checking out this skid steer in the parking lot!

Big Joe was intown for my birthday this year and picked me up some SWEET legos.  Thanks!

I got lots of good stuff from my parents and siblings.

Ended the night with my cupcake, YUM!  What a great 6th birthday!

Camera Shy

Well, I'm not camera shy!  I beg Mom to take my picture, and who wouldn't with a smile like this?

Goodbyes

Gillian stayed over last night with her mom and sister.  We had a lot of fun together and it was hard to say goodbye.  I wanted her to stay and play all day.  I hope they come and visit again real soon.  Although, I'm pretty sure that if her dads sees us hugging, she won't be allowed to see me any more!

Aiden, Isaiah, and Adam's Skyzone Birthday Party

Monster cupcakes to celebrate Aiden, Isaiah and Adam all turning 6!  These guys were best buds in preschool and Aiden luckily has Adam still in his class and Isaiah just across the hall.

It's a weekend and that means I'm helping Daddy make pancakes!

Sometimes I sleep in my bed, otherwise I sleep at my gate with a book.

Currently, I'll choose reading a book and rocking over watching a movie.

It's been a long time since we've had all 3 kids sleeping in the afternoon at the same time.

Train Engineer

For school, we were suppose to dress up like what we want to be when we grow up.  Mommy told me I had to pick between a chef, an engineer, an ISU football player, or an ISU fan as we had those outfits.  I choose the train engineer.
