Happy Birthday, Emery!

We headed up to Ames to celebrate Emery's birthday a day early.  We love this Cy!

Lots of butterflies to examine.

  

 

The butterflies really like landing on us this morning!  They were also releasing butterflies, so they put them on our magnifying glasses so we could help release them.  This is the most fun we have ever had here!

Of course, we examined every inch of the place!

We also headed over to Brookside Park to show Daddy the fire truck!

We played hard.

We can't have a birthday without Hickory Park!

Emery even got to open a present early!

He is so excited!  I can't believe this guy is turing 3 tomorrow!

Fall Birthday Celebration

Today, we are celebrating Great Grandma (93) Allison (29), Aiden (7), Holden (4), Emery (3) and anyone else I might have forgotten's birthdays!  It's our annual fall birthday bash!

Of course, Parker was feeling a little left out, so he tried very hard to help Aiden open presents!

Allison helped get presents out of boxes.  It was hard work!

We walked to Emily's house.  LeAnn got me a hammer and wood to play with.

 

We had so much fun smashing flowers on the wood.  The flowers stained the wood and made it really pretty!
