Tee Ball

Of course the baseball fields are right next to a park. We had to get a little bit of playtime in before the game. We didn't care that the heat index was well over 105 degrees.

Here's my first attempt at batting tonight.

Here's my second attempt at batting tonight. Yes, I did just tell my coach that he looks like my daddy.

If you make this picture big, you can see how interested I am in fielding the ball. Daddy has my glove and is pointing to the ball trying to get me to field it.

Here's a video of me trying out my first base skill.  All in all, I love baseball, just not so much the fielding.  Next year will be a lot of fun when Parker can also be on my team!

65th Wedding Anniversary

Great Grandpa and Great Grandma Fegley celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary in April. Great Grandma had just had knee replacement surgery, so we finally got around to celebrating as a family. We also took one of our traditional cousins photos (Holden was taking a nap). Congratulations on 65 years. We hope to celebrate many more anniversaries with you!

We had a relaxing afternoon playing with family.

That is until Aunt Emily decided it was time to teach me Diaper Changing 101. I helped out like a champ to get ready for our new little brother!

The ride home wasn't too bad, we watched a bunch of Duck Tales with Allison.

We enjoy acting liking Daddy's little babies, but he keeps telling us we won't be able to do it for long! We are getting pretty big!

Pump It Up

We met up with Zoe at Pump It Up this morning and had a great time jumping and playing together.

I also had a 'ball' playing with this little boy!

Of course, the morning wouldn't have been complete without a whole lot of sliding!

Tired

Mommy put me in time out, but really she should have just put me to bed.....

Happy Birthday, Aunt Mindy!

We wanted to make some cookies for Aunt Mindy for her birthday. Mommy let us roll the snickerdoodles in the cinnamon sugar.

We won't guarentee that there is no little boy saliva baked into the cookies. Hope you don't mind, Mindy! Happy Birthday!

Tee Ball Conversation

So, we bought another baseball glove today for Parker. Now, Aiden and Parker can both practice tee ball in the backyard together.  The boys were very excited by this, and many conversation have been had about tee ball.  This has to be the funniest!  I think we can credit this one to Papa and G-G!

Mommy: "After you hit the ball, do you think you are going to practice running bases tonight with Daddy?"
Aiden: "Do we have bases at home?"
Mommy:  "No, but we can pretend that other things are bases.  Perhaps you could run to a tree like it's a base, just to practice."
Parker: "No, we only pee on trees."

All Dressed Up

We stopped by Zoe's house for a little while this morning. Of course, we had to pull out al of the family jewels!

I also made sure that Logan always had something appropriate to play with!

New Park

Grimes has a new park that we have been eyeing for weeks. It is finally completely finished! The first thing we ran for was the fire truck. We are going to drive just like Papa, you can see it in our eyes!

I didn't quite figure out the double helix stairs, but at least I found a spot to take a little rest!

This park also had MANY slides all over. We can even slide next to each other!

We tried really hard to figure out how to use these rings, but...

in the end we needed Daddy to show us how to do a pull up! We sure can't wait to spend more time at this park!

Swimming Pool Fun

Look how much fun we had playing in our swimming pool and falling down on our bottoms! We really like to play together!

Play Time

We have all grown so big that we are starting to really play with each other. Here's a video for you to see how we play Hide and Seek!

Play time at Zoe's house always includes some sort of dress up, today we dressed up as bunnies!

We also LOVE electronics, even if it is looking over Dalton's sholder to see what he is playing!

Thirsty

Our drinking glasses were taken away at breakfast, so we opened the dishwasher and found a shot glass that we could fill up in the bathroom!

Story Time

Grandma Jo read to me about the Big Hungry Bear and the Red Ripe Strawberry. I tried to disguise myself just like the mouse and the strawberry!

Water Fun

Grandma Jo got out the sprinkler for us to run in because it is about 117 degrees with the heat index today.

She also let us fill up the swimming pool. We love HOT days!
