Vacation - Day 2

Today was such a busy day, that this is the only photo we had time to take! We started off having brunch with the Hersey's and playing with Bitsy and David. We made a quick trip to Ikea, as if we didn't already have enough stuff crammed into the van, to pick up another 6'x6' bookcase for all of our toys downstairs. This picture was taken at Laura's house. We hung out with her and ate some YUMMY pizza. As you can see, we are still just thrilled to be on vacation!

Vacation - Day 1

We got to our hotel today with the swimming pool. We decided to try it out, but as you can see, Emery wasn't a fan. The water was a little chilly for him!


We decided to try out the big pool since I had a swim vest. It WORKED awesome. I was able to go anywhere I wanted, all on my own.


Emery was much happier once Daddy took him back up to the room and changed him back into his clothes!


Daddy and I helped Parker work on some of the things I learned in swim lessons.


After swimming, we went to the Welch's house and played until bedtime. We had a great time and it certainly wore us out. This is the closest we've ever slept to each other!

Preschool Holiday Program

We had a holiday sing-a-long at preschool today and Mommy and Daddy came to watch.

It was really fun.  We sang Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer.  I made sure that my teacher said, "Yippy" with me in this song.

 We did a finger play called Way Up High in the Christmas Tree and sang Jingle Bells.

 We also did a finger play called 9 Little Reindeer and finished by singing We Wish You A Merry Christmas.  I really wanted to do sing more than just the chorus.

Thumb

I've found my thumb and it tastes GREAT!

Playdate

We played with Zoe and Logan this morning. We had a fun time coloring together.


Emery just took a nap on Mommy.

Naptime

I really like taking naps on my bobby in the middle of the living room. Aiden and Parker seem to think that I need my toys next to me, even when I am sleeping!

Brothers

It's hard to get 3 boys all looking at the camera at one time.


It's not quite as hard to get a good picture of 2 boys, as long as you know how to crop photos!

Sitting

Well, sitting on the ceiling is not good...


Sitting by the elf on the shelf was fun, but not very comfy...


I got a little scared sitting in front of the T.V....


The ceiling fan was fun, but it kept moving...


It was hard to stay put on Daddy's back...

Rock-a-bye Baby

This is Emery's night light from Aunt Mindy, but until Emery needs him, he will be my baby that I rock to sleep!

Sleepy

This is what happens when you don't take a nap when you should and then you get really cranky and Mom puts you in time out...

Bath Time

It's been awhile since Mommy has taken my picture in the bath. Look at how big I am!


I got these super cute and comfy clothes from Allison. These will be perfect for my nice relaxing day today - Thanks!

Merry Christmas

Nothing says Merry Christmas more than a little snooze under the Christmas tree in your pajamas!

Smiles

We are starting to see more and more smiles out of Emery, mostly for Mommy!

Christmas is Here

Grandma Jo stayed over last night along with Aunt Mindy and Uncle Neil.


We helped put the Christmas tree up.


Uncle Neil held on to Emery while...


Parker and I opened up a few presents. ROAR! Thanks for the presents Aunt Mindy and Uncle Neil. We play with them constantly!

Thanksgiving 2011

Look at Emery in his turkey outfit. Sorry, pal, but you are going to have to wait until next year for turkey!

Holden knows the deal, he had to hold out last year on the turkey, but he was certainly the first at the table today!

Aiden found a new favorite, red spiced apple rings. I guess these are going to have to become a tradition!


It was hard to decide what to have more of, everything was yummy!


This year we are old enough to break the wishbone.


Aiden won it this year and wished for more black olives. His wish came true!

The afternoon was spent reading playing, reading books, and

decorating our gingerbread house! What fun!


It was also a little tiring...
