Fegley Christmas

It's a good thing that Great Grandpa Fegley brought his jungle gym with him.  Holden showed us all of his new tricks!

It can't be a Fegley Christmas without some Christmas jigglers.  We helped Allison get them all out on the plate.

Yep, we really should have only given boxes for Christmas.

Look, this one even fits 2 boys!

Great Grandpa and Great Grandma Fegley with  their grand kids (except Peter who wasn't able to make it this year) and great grand children.  We've doubled in size in the last few years!

Early Present

Daddy worked a half day at the office and then worked "on call" from home during the afternoon so he could hang out with Mommy's side of the family.  Mommy thought that he should get an early Christmas present from her since it was Sunday after all.  Emery thought he should help.

Now, Daddy can be dressed a little more casual for the Fegley Christmas this afternoon!

Broadston Christmas

Yep, it's time to get all the presents from under the tree!  Daddy has to work, but the Broadstons wouldn't let that stop Christmas. They all came to our house.

Perhaps we should have only given boxes instead of toys?

At least the bows are good for something.

Emery wasn't feeling the greatest, but at least Grandma Jo was able to keep him happy.

Aiden and his new binoculars.

Mindy and Neil made it back to celebrate.

Seriously, he says he wasn't sneaking any cookies.

Now we can play Angry birds in 3d!

Nexus

Since we couldn't travel to Waterville for Christmas this year, Papa and GG sent us our family present.  We are just a little excited....

Snow

We had green grass yesterday, but today we have 13 inches of snow.

We decided to get together and have a "hot" meeting in front of the fireplace - just like Daddy would do at work, right?

We got to go out and help Daddy and play (mostly play)!  Emery really wanted to come out with us, but with the tempature below zero, it was much to cold.  It's too bad Daddy had to work from home the rest of the day.

Straw

We broke out some Lucky Charms for breakfast, because it is out first snow day.  I, also, decided to break out the straws!

Snow Day

I am so happy for my first snow day; Aiden and Parker get to stay home and play with me ALL day!

Mommy

So, we seem to fight over who gets to sit with Mommy.  Whichever one of us is there first, the other one instantly comes over and cries until Mommy makes room for both.  Since we are getting so big, Mommy says it's a good thing that Aiden doesn't mind sitting with Daddy!

Pickle Monster

Eye Doctor

The three biggest Leiran boys had to get out eyes checked.  Here we are waiting for or eyes to dilate while we are watching the fish swim around.

All done!  Daddy is still the only boy who needs glasses!

Tinkerbell

We love watching Tinkerbell so much, that we will snuggle up together to watch the new movie!

Just the right size!

Presents

Is it time to open presents?  Is this one for me?  Doesn't matter, this is FUN!

Color By Number Styles

We have 2 VERY different styles of coloring a color by number picture.  Aiden starts in the center and colors whatever numbers he encounters.  Changing markers constantly.  Parker, on the other hand, grabs the marker for color #1 and colors ALL of te 1's on the page before moving on to number 2.

Reading

I can read this WHOLE book to Parker!

Swinging in the Snow

Parker didn't want to stay outside with me very long, but that's okay.  I had a great time just swinging and looking around at all the beautiful snow outside.

Snowman Pancakes

Daddy made us some snowman pancakes to go along with our first real snowfall of the year.
YUMMY!

Magnet Board

Mom and Dad finally got our HUGE magnet board up underneath the high bar.  We LOVE it!

Merry Christmas!

Sleepy

Probably should have gotten this guy into bed a little sooner....

Bowl

Our Elf On The Shelf, Fred

Fred was up to some good last night.  He made us a rice crispy Christmas tree and must have had a problem with the bag of marshmallows.

We sure didn't mind.  It made for a WONDERFUL (and horribly bad for you) breakfast!

Best Toy

Most kids seem to think that the best toy in the world is a box.  They would be wrong.  This keyboard is the greatest thing since sliced bread!

Tubes x2

Mommy got us all checked in while Daddy dropped Aiden off at school.  Then, he joined us.  It was fun being out and about in our pajamas!

Emery, anxiously awaiting being able to hear and to hopefully not have to deal with all the ear pain associated with many ear infections.

Since we are getting 2 kiddos done this morning, they moved us to a special room with 2 recovery chairs and a T.V. just for us.  We did not have to leave this room once, which is also very different when you are only getting 1 child done.  Perhaps, just perhaps, this makes up on the fact that they indeed do not have a 2 for 1 deal.

Parker LOVED playing with this magnet maze toy.  He wanted so bad to take it home with us.

Emery post surgery.  We could hear him cry, but he calmed right down as soon as we gave him his sippy cup with milk.  The doctor said his ears were so bad, that we have to do his ear drops for at least a week.  I think they were much worse than they had expected or had seen the week before.

Next up, Parker.  He did a fantastic job.  Since this is his third time, I was well aware that he would leave for surgery screaming and return screaming when he woke up.  I am so thankful that I was wrong!  He left with the anesthesiologist just holding his hand and walking out the door.  When he returned, they wheeled him in on a gurney and he was just laying there looking around and very quiet.  They said that he actually woke up this way!  I guess when you start to get tubes put in EVERY year, you start to know how the whole thing works.  We are also very amazed that immediately after surgery we could already start to understand him better and no longer needed Aiden to be our translator!  Here's to hoping these two sets of tubes do their jobs and we don't have to do this again!

Mommy:  Parker, how are you feeling?
Parker:  Good
Mommy:  Do your ears hurt?

Christmas Shopping in Style

I got a little tired battling the crowds Christmas shopping.  Thank goodness, Mom was willing to carry me!
