Fun with Joe

Joe is back in town this week. I had a lot of fun with him last night. He really wanted to show off my outfit.

1 month old

Look how much I've grown in 1 month!

New Stroller

As you can see, Aiden and I really enjoy using our double stroller. Nice long walks really relax us!

Playground

We played at the new playground we found that has more age appropriate equipment for me. I love it. Parker on the other hand, thought it was time for a nap.

There was another little boy there to play with. It was fun following him around.

After he left, Daddy and I played on the drums! (Allison and Peter, what great influences on me you are!)


Back on the play equipment, I tried to look through the telescope.
I also enjoyed making faces and waving at Mommy!

Before we left, I really thought Parker would like to try out the slide with me. I tried to give him a hand!

Growing like a weed

I wanted to put a picture of me up to show everyone just how big I'm getting.

Music Lover

We visited cousin Carrie today. I really like her piano, it helps me show off my singing abilities!




It's a little hard for me to play on all of the keys since I am so little. However, I found a way around it.

Handsome Boys

Mommy got us all dressed up today. Look at how handsome we both are in blue!

All work, and no play....

We went to work this afternoon to see Daddy and to celebrate the birth of Parker with Daddy's co-workers. The cake was very delicious, but Mommy and Daddy forgot to get a picture of it before it was cut into. Many of Daddy's co-workers commented that we worked much harder that he does normally! Here are the pictures to prove it.

Baby Holding

My current favorite thing to do is to hold Parker. Mommy helps me a little, but I'm doing most of the work! I get angry when Mom tells me that I've held him long enough!

What a mess!

I opened the fridge to get some blueberries out. I accidentaly spilled the container all over the floor, so Mommy made me help pick them up.


This is my idea of helping pick up blueberries!

More visitors

For some reason, many people want to come and visit Parker. I don't mind though, because they all play with me as well! Matt and Debbi stopped by tonight. They even brought a couple of books that I really enjoy.

Playgroup

Somehow, we made it to play group. Mommy said I needed a place to run around and see other kids. Here is Holden and Zoe,

and this is Caleb. He is exactly 1 year younger than me. He can roll and I thought it looked like fun, so I joined him!


I even stayed awake for the car ride home, so I could take a great nap for Mommy. What a great morning!

Busy day

Mommy mentioned that I could take a bath while we were outside saying goodbye to Grandma, so I immediately took my shirt off and tried to get my pants off before Grandma caught me.


I still like my little brother. I wish he could play more with me, but he's still fun to give hugs and kisses to.


Once we got inside, I got about 3 baths. Then Mommy said it was time for Parker's bath, but I wouldn't get out of the tub! I jumped into Parker's tub and tried to help console him. It was a little tight for space, but I wanted to be as helpful as possible - I'm a big brother now!

Dr. Appointment

I had my 2 week doctor's appointment today. The doctor told me that I'm growing like a weed. I weighed in at 8 lbs 12 oz, 21 1/4 in long, and my head circumference was 14 1/4 in. Mommy was worried that I wasn't gaining enough weight since I sleep so much at night, but the doctor said I am well above birth weight, so there is nothing to worry about. That seemed to make everyone happy.

Cheeto-pudding

Who knew that dunking cheetos in chocolate pudding would be so delicious?!?!?!?

Quiet Memorial Day

Aiden wanted to spend some time with Mommy, which left Daddy all to myself.

Visitors

Grandpa and Grandma have been here most of the week, but they had to go home this morning. We are going to miss them!

Joe and Kate stopped by this afternoon. It was great to see Joe again and to finally meet Kate. Daddy didn't even talk about work that much!

Mexican food

I went out for lunch for the first time today. As you can tell, I didn't really eat any food, but I stayed nice and quiet so that everyone else could enjoy their meal.

Working Hard

Grandma made me work hard today, so I chased her with the screwdriver!


Grandpa took me out to play in my new Elmo fire sprinkler. I was a little afraid of the water flying threw the air, so Grandpa showed me how to kick my feet into the water to wash them off. This is going to be so much fun this summer!
